a. All prices are in INR
b. The prices are valid for 30 days from the date of offer
c. Prices provided are exclusive of any kind of taxes and other Govt. levies, which will be charged extra, as per

a. The One-time charges (OTC) shall be paid in advance along with the Purchase order or duly signed Service Order
b. Form (SOF) The Recurring Charges (MRC) shall be paid annually / half yearly in advance
c. Payment cycle will start on the day of site handover to customer by Worldwide Datacenter or the date of handover of racks and space / dedicated server as mentioned in the PO, whichever is later.
d. Worldwide Datacenter shall raise the annually / half yearly invoice 15 days before due date and the amount shall be paid within fifteen days from the due date
e. Any delay in the payment would attract an interest @ commercial rate.

a. One Time Setup Cost includes setup of Worldwide Datacenter infrastructure as mentioned in the commercial
b. Worldwide Datacenter will start service provisioning only after receiving all due advance payments (one time charges) and purchase order duly signed.

Any increase in input power costs will be passed on to the customer proportionately. This hike will be applicable

As part of its Data Center design, Worldwide Datacenter provides all customer racks with two power ckts: A (primary) and B (redundant), from diverse PDU's. The power utilization across both of these circuits shall not exceed the capacity of the primary A circuit. For example, if the primary (A) circuit is rated at 6Kw (32A @ 230V @80%) the total consumption across the A and B feeds shall not exceed 6Kw. If total consumption is greater than capacity of the primary (A) circuit, then customer must purchase an additional circuit. If customer exceeds the capacity of the primary (A) circuit , the Worldwide Datacenter SLA will become null and void and customer will assume all liability for outages and service interruptions in such a situation.

Either party can exit the contract, after the completion of contractual terms, by giving 45 days notice. Or the contract can be modified by mutual consent. Otherwise, the contract will renew automatically after completion of one year.
