In our terms and conditions "you" and "your" refer to each customer and "worldwidedc.in", "we", "us" and "our" refer to worldwide Digital Hub Pvt Ltd, through which the services are being offered. The terms and conditions explains our obligation to you and your obligations to worldwidedc.in for various services.('Customer' refers to any Artificial jurisdiction persons, Company, Concern, Corporation, Enterprise, Firm, Individual, Institute, Institution, Organization, Person, Society, Trust or any other legal entity that is registered as the customer of an order.) By using the service(s) provided by worldwidedc.in under this TERMS AND CONDITIONS, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions, the dispute policy and any pertinent rules or policies that are or may be published by worldwidedc.in through which the services are being offered. worldwidedc.in may elect to accept or reject your domain name registration application for any reason at its sole discretion, such ejection including, but not limited to, rejection due to a request for registration of a prohibited domain name. 1 Our Services: As of now, we support following TLDs: in .co.in .net.in .org.in .gen.in .firm.in .ind.in .com .net .asia .org. All the domain names we register are as per the information given by the person who registers the domain name online or directly coming to our office or thru our resellers and any information which is not matching as per the details available in their website worldwidedc.in is not liable or responsible in any way. 2 Your Responsibility: We cannot and do not check to see whether the domain name you select, or the use you make of the domain name, infringes legal rights of others. We urge you to investigate to see whether the domain name you select or its use infringes legal rights of others, and in particular we suggest you seek advice of competent counsel. You should be aware that there is the possibility we might be ordered by a court to cancel, modify or transfer your domain name. You should also be aware that if we are sued or threatened with lawsuit in connection with your domain name, we may turn to you to hold us harmless and to indemnify us. 3 Rights of worldwidedc.in: worldwidedc.in in its sole discretion reserves the right to delete an order or refuse to fulfill an order within Thirty (30) calendar days for receipt of payment for such an order. In the event worldwidedc.in does not fulfill an order, or worldwidedc.in deletes an order within such Thirty (30) calendar day period, worldwidedc.in shall refund the applicable fee(s) to you. You agree that worldwidedc.in shall not be liable for loss or damages that may result from worldwidedc.in's deletion of an order or refusal to fulfill an order. You agree that worldwidedc.in in its own discretion can at any point of time with reasonable notification temporarily or permanently cease to sell a worldwidedc.in product. 4 Autorenewal: Domains automatically renew at the end of your term (the expiration date). Please contact our customer support for details. 5 Fees / Service Charges: As consideration for the domain name registration service and / or other services provided to you, you agree to pay worldwidedc.in, prior to the effectiveness of the desired domain name registration, the applicable service(s) fees for the initial registration of the domain name and, should you chose to renew the registration, subsequent renewal(s) of the registration. All fees are non-refundable in whole or part, even if your domain name registration is suspended, cancelled or transferred prior to the end of your then current registration term. Your requested domain name will not be registered unless we receive actual payment of the registration fee. As further consideration for the service(s), you agree to: provide certain current, complete and accurate information about you as required by the registration process and maintain and update this information as needed to keep in current, complete and accurate. 6 Allowable Characters: Only letters, digits, and hyphens will be accepted in a domain name. Names cannot begin or end with hyphens. 7 Transfer to Another Registrar: You agree that you may not transfer your domain name registration to another domain name registrar during the first sixty (60) days from the effective date of your initial domain name registration with us. You agree to provide written, signed authorization to worldwidedc.in for the transfer of the domain name to and another registrar and agree to pay any and all fees that may be charged by us to effect the transfer. Your request to transfer to another registrar may be denied in situations described in the Dispute Policy, including but not limited to a dispute over the identity of the domain name holder, bankruptcy, and defect in the payment of any fees. 8 Grace Periods: Certain grace periods exist to allow for the cancellation of transactions by us within certain time periods. Please contact our customer support for details. 9 Nameservers: To register domain, the registrant does not need to provide nameservers. In order to appear in the zone file and resolve on the Internet, at least one (1) valid IPv4 or IPv6 nameserver must be associated with the domain name. The use of at least two valid nameservers is highly recommended. 10 Account Information: By registering a domain or applying for services you also represent that the statement in its application are true and you also represent that the Domain Name is not being registered for any unlawful purpose. You acknowledge that willfully providing inaccurate information or willfully failing to update information promptly will constitute a material breach of our terms and conditions and will be sufficient basis for cancellation of your domain name registration. You agree that you will be responsible if your email address and postal address currently in the registry is not valid and it is your responsibility to get it updated. 11 Agents and Licenses: You agree that if you are registering a domain name for or on behalf of someone else, you represent, that you have the authority to nonetheless bind that person as a principal to all terms and conditions provided herein. You agree that if you license the use of the domain name registered to you to a third party you nonetheless remain the domain name holder of record, and remain responsible for all obligations under our terms and conditions, including but not limited to payment obligations, and providing (and updating, as necessary) both your own full contact information, and accurate technical, administrative, billing and contact information adequate to facilitate timely resolution of any problems that arise in connection with the domain name and domain name registration. Limitations of Liability: -You agree that we will not be liable for any -Suspension or loss of the domain name registration in your name -Use of you domain name registration -Interruption of business -Access delays or access interruptions to our site or the web site(s) or services you access by the domain name registered in your name -Loss or liability resulting from acts of God -Data non-delivery, corruption, destruction or other modification -Events beyond our control 12 Jurisdiction: Our terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of India applicable therein without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to our terms and conditions must be brought in Court situated in SURAT only. 13 Indemnification: CUSTOMER will indemnify and hold Worldwide Digital Hub Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors and employees harmless from and against any and all liabilities, damages, awards, settlements, losses claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees arising out of any claim by a third party relating to or arising out of any infringement of third party intellectual property rights, any misrepresentation or breach of representation or breach of conditions contained herein, as well as because of any gross negligence or willful misconduct of CUSTOMER.
